The human recovery system for modern travel.
Fly Well, Land Well is a two-phase biological recovery system for travel. A Pre-Flight formula to prepare your body before boarding. A Post-Flight soak formula to recover fully after landing. One system. Every journey covered.

The gap nobody designed for
Travel disrupts your biology. Nobody built a system to recover it.
Modern travel moves faster than the human body was designed for. Every long-haul flight disrupts circadian rhythm, elevates cortisol, suppresses immune function, drives cellular dehydration, and triggers an inflammatory response your body hasn't finished processing by the time you land.
This is not tiredness. This is biological dysregulation — and it affects every decision, interaction, and experience in the hours and days that follow.
The travel industry has engineered the aircraft, the seat, and the route. The human body inside it has been left to manage itself.
Circadian disruption
Crossing time zones forces your body clock to advance or delay faster than biology allows — disrupting hormonal cycles, gut function, immune response, and sleep architecture simultaneously.
Cortisol dysregulation
Cabin pressure, recycled air, travel stress, and disrupted sleep drive measurable cortisol elevation during and after flight — suppressing immune function and impairing cognitive performance.
Cellular dehydration
Cabin humidity sits at 10–20% — drier than most deserts. Standard hydration doesn't compensate for what pressurised air removes from your cells over a long-haul flight.
Inflammatory response
Long periods of sitting, reduced circulation, and biological stress trigger a systemic inflammatory response that most travellers push through rather than address. It has a measurable cost.
One system. Complete coverage.
The Fly Well System
Prepare before you fly. Recover when you land. Nothing in between left to chance.
The Fly Well System contains both formulas — the Pre-Flight electrolyte and the Post-Flight soak. Designed to work together as a complete biological recovery protocol for every journey. Not two products. One system.
Who it's for
The Fly Well System is built for the executive who cannot afford to lose the first day in a new city, the pilot or cabin crew member whose rest hours end but whose biology hasn't caught up, and the athlete who has a protocol for everything except what the flight does to their body. If you take every other variable seriously — this is the one you've been missing.
The protocol
Timed to the biology. Not the itinerary.
Step 1: 60 minutes before boarding
Take Pre-Flight.
Mix one Pre-Flight sachet with 500ml of water and drink 60 minutes before your flight. This is the preparation window — before altitude, before pressure, before the biological cost of transit begins to accumulate. What you give your body here determines how well it copes with everything that follows.
Step 2: During the flight
The system keeps working.
No second dose required. The Pre-Flight formula continues supporting your body through the flight — the electrolyte complex maintains cellular hydration as cabin humidity drops, and the adaptogenic compounds support stress regulation as altitude and pressure build. Stay hydrated with water throughout.
Step 3: Within 90 minutes of landing
Draw your Post-Flight bath.
This is the most important window in the protocol. Dissolve one Post-Flight sachet in a warm bath within 90 minutes of landing and soak for a minimum of 20 minutes. Transdermal magnesium absorption is most effective in the immediate post-transit window. Your circadian clock, inflammatory response, and nervous system are all most receptive to reset here. Don't skip this window.
Step 4: The outcome
Arrive. Actually arrive.
Clarity. Presence. Physical ease. The biological flatness that usually costs you the first day — or two — after a long-haul flight becomes the exception, not the standard. This is what biological recovery designed for travel actually feels like.

Two formats. One reason.
An electrolyte and a bath soak are not random product choices. They are the two most direct routes into the body — oral absorption for pre-loading, transdermal absorption for post-transit recovery. The formats were chosen for biology, not branding.
-
Formulated with purpose.
No proprietary blends. Every active ingredient is listed with its dose. Nothing in either formula is there because it looks good on packaging. If it’s in the formula, it has a biological job.

Built on Flight Biology™
Our proprietary framework maps the precise biological phases of transit — Preparation, Protection, Regulation, Recalibration — and designs each formula around the windows where intervention works. This is not general wellness. It is recovery designed for the specific disruptions of travel.
