B2B Partnerships

Built for organisations that take human performance seriously.

The Fly Well System was designed from the beginning to work at two levels — for the individual traveller, and for the organisations responsible for the people who travel most. If you manage crew welfare, guest experience, or athlete performance, what happens to your people between destinations is a variable you can now design for.

Why it matters to your business

Biological dysregulation has a measurable cost. So does solving it.

Most organisations absorb the cost of travel fatigue without measuring it. It shows up in crew sick leave rates, guest satisfaction scores that plateau despite investment, athlete performance variance between home and away, and executive decision quality in the hours after landing.

  • 15–20%

of aviation incidents are fatigue-related — a figure that has not meaningfully shifted in four decades

  • 63%

of cabin crew report abnormal fatigue levels during duty operations

  • 48h

average biological recovery window after long-haul transit — time most organisations don't account for

  • Day 1

the day most frequent travellers write off — the day the Fly Well System gives back

Our partners

Three entry points. One system.

Partner Type 1 — Airlines & Crew Welfare

The industry regulates when crew rest. We designed for what the body needs when that rest ends.

Current crew fatigue management frameworks focus on duty hours and rest windows. They do not account for the quality of the biological state crew members arrive in when those windows close. Two crew members can meet identical rest requirements and arrive at the aircraft in measurably different physiological states.

The Fly Well System integrates into crew welfare programmes as a structured biological recovery protocol — Pre-Flight preparation before sign-on and Post-Flight recovery within the critical window after landing. It is not a wellness benefit. It is operational infrastructure.

What integration looks like:

— Crew welfare protocol design and implementation

— Pre and post-flight formula supply for crew cohorts

— Flight Biology™ educational materials for crew health teams

— Pilot programme structure with defined outcome metrics

— Ongoing support and protocol refinement

Relevant roles: Head of Crew Welfare · Chief Medical Officer · Director of Flight Operations · HR Director

Partner Type 2 — Luxury Hospitality & Wellness Retreats

Guests don't remember the luxury. They remember how they felt. And how they felt starts before they arrived.

A guest who lands dysregulated experiences everything through a filter of biological noise — muted senses, emotional reactivity, blunted presence. The finest room, the most considered programming, the best food — all of it reaches them at a fraction of its potential impact.

The Fly Well System gives hospitality operators a tool for something no competitor has addressed: the biological state of the guest before they walk through the door. Integrated into pre-arrival guest communication, welcome protocols, or in-room amenity programmes, it directly improves the quality of every experience that follows.

Regulated guests give better reviews. They remember more. They come back.

What integration looks like:

— In-room amenity programme — The Fly Well System as part of the arrival experience

— Pre-arrival guest communication — protocol guide sent before departure

— Staff and concierge training on the Flight Biology™ framework

— Co-branded or white-label partnership structures available

— Bespoke formulation for premium property partners

Relevant roles: General Manager · Director of Wellness · Guest Experience Director · Head of Rooms

Partner Type 3 — Sports & Performance Organisations

You have protocols for everything. Travel is the one variable nobody gave you a system for.

Elite performance organisations invest heavily in sleep, nutrition, strength, and recovery. The travel schedule — the red-eyes, the back-to-back time zone crossings, the away fixture after a 14-hour flight — remains the least designed-for variable in the performance stack.

The Fly Well System integrates into team travel protocols as the biological recovery layer that training programmes assume but nobody provides. Pre-Flight preparation before departure. Post-Flight recovery within the window that determines how the body responds to the next training session or competition.

The difference between arriving ahead of your biology and behind it is measurable. It shows up in training output, match performance, injury susceptibility, and the cumulative fatigue that builds across a long season of travel-heavy competition.

What integration looks like:

— Team travel protocol design incorporating the Fly Well System

— Bulk supply for squads and touring parties

— Performance staff and medical team briefing on Flight Biology™

— Integration with existing nutrition and recovery frameworks

— Season-long supply partnerships

Relevant roles: Head of Performance · Team Doctor · Head of Sports Science · Athlete Welfare Lead

The partnership approach

We work with a small number of partners at any time.

Fly Well, Land Well is not a volume distribution business. We work selectively with organisations where the fit is genuine and the commitment to implementation is real. Every partnership begins with a structured pilot — defined cohort, clear baseline measurements, agreed outcome metrics, and a review at the end.

This matters because a recovery system only works if it is used correctly. We support every partner through implementation, not just supply.

How it starts:

Step 1 — Discovery call

A 30-minute conversation to understand your operation, your current approach to crew welfare, guest experience, or performance travel, and where the gap is. No pitch. We listen first.

Step 2 — Pilot proposal

A structured 90-day pilot designed around your specific context — the right cohort size, the right integration points, the right metrics. The ask is time and genuine engagement, not a long-term commitment.

Step 3 — Implementation

We supply the formulas, the Flight Biology™ Protocol Guide, and the educational materials. We support your team through the protocol. We stay close to the process.

Step 4 — Review and scale

At 90 days we review the outcomes against the baseline. If the data supports it — and it should — we build from there.
