About
How it started
The Origin
The travel industry has engineered the aircraft, the seat, and the route. It has never been engineered for the human body inside it.
Fly Well, Land Well was built to close that gap. Starting from health science — understanding what the body needs to recover from biological disruption — and working backwards to the specific stressors that transit creates. Time-zone shifts. Travel stress. Deep dehydration. Cellular fatigue. The full biological arc of what a flight actually does to you.
We looked for a system. There wasn't one.
So we built it.
The protocol
Two moments. Complete coverage.
The Fly Well System works in the two windows that matter most — before disruption begins, and the moment it ends.
Pre-Flight — taken 60 minutes before boarding. Prepares the body's stress, hydration, and circadian pathways before altitude and pressure begin their biological cost.
Post-Flight — drawn as a bath within 90 minutes of landing. Transdermal magnesium absorption, inflammatory reset, and parasympathetic shift in the most receptive recovery window of the journey.
No daily supplementation habit. No complex routine. Two precise interventions timed to the biology.
The evidence
Built on Flight Biology™
Flight Biology™ is our proprietary four-phase framework — Preparation, Protection, Regulation, Recalibration — developed from aviation medicine, circadian science, and human performance research. Every formula decision maps to a specific biological disruption at a specific point in the journey.
The formats are not accidental. An electrolyte for oral pre-loading. A bath soak for transdermal post-transit recovery. The two most direct biological routes, in the two windows where they work.
Every active ingredient is third-party tested, clinically dosed, and listed in full. Nothing in either formula is there because it looks good on packaging.
The people behind it
Built by people who understand the biology.
Shaney Snell is an entrepreneur and certified mind coach with over 20 years across the wellness and hospitality industries — and just as many years in the air. A lifelong student of human health, she has spent her career learning from wellness professionals, studying the science, and experiencing firsthand what constant travel does to the body. It was that combination — deep health knowledge and the lived reality of biological dysregulation across time zones — that made the gap impossible to ignore. The tools to recover from transit existed. The system to apply them didn't. So she built it.
A recovery system.
Science over marketing — Every ingredient has a biological rationale. If we cannot explain why it is in the formula, it is not in the formula.
Timing over volume — The right compound at the wrong time is the wrong compound. Both formulas are timed to the specific windows where the biology is most receptive.
Recovery as design — Recovery from travel should not require personal discipline. It should be designed into the journey as infrastructure. That is what we are building.
