Yes — the system is designed as a complete protocol. Pre-Flight prepares the body before biological disruption begins. Post-Flight targets the recovery window the moment transit ends. Using one without the other addresses half the journey. For full biological recovery, both are required.

If you only have access to a shower, mix the Post-Flight formula into a body cleanser and apply directly to skin, leaving it on for 2–3 minutes before rinsing. Transdermal absorption is reduced compared to full immersion, but it remains an effective delivery route — particularly for the magnesium complex. Full bath immersion is always the preferred method, but the formula works with what you have.

60 minutes before boarding — not before leaving for the airport, not at the gate. The 60-minute window is timed to absorption and the onset of biological action before altitude exposure begins. Mix with 500ml of water and drink in full.

Within 90 minutes of landing. The further you get from landing, the less effective the biological window becomes. Draw the bath as soon as practically possible after reaching your accommodation. Soak for a minimum of 20 minutes.

Yes. Biological disruption from transit is cumulative — frequent short-haul travel creates the same systemic load over time as occasional long-haul. For flights under 4 hours with no significant time zone crossing, Pre-Flight alone may be sufficient. For any flight with time zone crossing, use both formulas.
